Idea pages and sign-ups

Our idea pages test interest in a possible business. Joining a list or sending a message does not commit you or us to anything. An idea may change, pause or be dropped at any time, and we do not promise that any product or service will launch.

Do not misuse the site: no attacks, scraping at scale, spam, false or someone else's information in forms, or attempts to break or get around its security. We may block access to protect the site.

Our content

The text, logo, design and code on this site belong to DV Group or its licensors. You may read and share links to it. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission. If you send us an idea or message, you keep your rights in it and you allow us to use it to reply to you and to evaluate working with you. Please do not send anything confidential before we have signed an NDA if you need one.

Links and third parties

We may link to other sites, including our production studio smrtLV.io. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". Examples and numbers are illustrations. We do not promise the site will be error-free or always available.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DV Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profit, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Courts in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
