This policy explains what DV Group Management LLC ("DV Group", "we", "us"), a Nevada limited-liability company in Las Vegas, Nevada, collects through this website and its idea pages, and what we do with it. Effective 2026-09-30.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a form: your email, your name if you give it, the type of inquiry, any other details you type, and the page you sent it from.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider and content delivery network (Cloudflare) process your IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the site, block abuse and keep it secure.
- Campaign tags. If you arrive from a link with UTM tags, we save those tags with your message so we know which link worked.
We do not ask for payment details, government IDs, bank data or passwords on this site. Please do not send them.
What we use it for
- To reply to you and talk about your business, investment interest or idea.
- To keep the site working, secure and free of spam.
- To understand which pages and links bring useful conversations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that run the site and our inbox for us, with professional advisers under confidentiality, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use advertising cookies. Your browser may keep a small item for the site to work, such as a note that you already saw the opening animation. It stays on your device. Our fonts are served from our own server. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may count visits with its cookie-free web analytics. We do not run other analytics or ad trackers; if we add any, we will list it here first.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept while we are in touch with you and for up to 3 years after the last contact, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our providers.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us not to contact you again. Nevada residents may also ask us not to sell their covered information; we do not sell it. California and other state residents may have similar rights. To make a request, use the contact form on the home page. We will answer within 45 days. We will not treat you worse for asking.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Form data is stored outside the public web folder with limited access. No method is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
